Ruud Lighting’s American pedigree in exterior lighting, dates back over 25 years, and is now available in Europe. This pedigree is based upon offering modular high quality optic systems, within a range of stylish, architecturally sympathetic housings.

The Microflood  Series; the synthesis between expertise and flexibility. A 5-interchangeable optic system with the high precision and performance necessary for architectural use, designed for discharge lamps (35w up to 150w), compact fluorescent lamps (up to 42w) and halogen lamps (up to 250w). This compact fixture can be installed on wall, pole or stake utilising a complete system of accessories, which include the ability to use electronic control gear for a better luminous effect with the new metal halide light fixtures with ceramic burner. The use of optical accessories, like linear spread lenses, anti-glare shields and deep baffles further increase the possibilities in lighting design.

The Microflood comes in the following variations:

NS -     Rectangular beam optics with reflector in diffusing aluminium for close-up lighting with high uniformity.

NSA -  Asymmetrical beam optic with maximum intensity ar 30 degrees, with hammered reflector for direct or indirect lighting.

NSM - (illustrated) Concentrated parabolic beam optic with 15 degree opening with reflector in mirrored aluminium for G12 lamps up to 150w.

NSN - Concentrated parabolic beam optic with 8 degree opening with reflector in mirrored aluminium for G12 lamps up to 150w.

NSR - Asymmetrical beam optic, type street lighting. Made in the purest aluminium for forward-throw and peripheral lighting, and the lighting of of narrow streets with limited height.
